Welcome to WinDrivers JamesAlison. First if I understand correctly, you are saying you have run the Scanpst file to repair the Outlook pst file. What version of Outlook is this? Second, how large is the pst file you are trying to repair? Third, what version of Windows are you running?
It's not the computers that keep having problems, it's the users!!

Hi Zoni,
Sorry for not replying you back. Actually i used Stellar Phoenix Outlook PST Repair to repair my PST file and it solves my problem. However, I was running Outlook 2010 on Windows 2013 and have 14.23gb PST file.
In case if any of your face the corruption in PST file, you can go with PST Repair tool from Stellar.

Hi
If the Outlook PST problem is not solved with Inbox Repair Tool, then first check that the steps are followed easily, and if not then check the following steps to repair Outlook PST File with ScanPST.exe
Go to the location where Outlook is installed, now browse to the folder for ScanPST.exe
Open the Inbox Repair Tool
Add the corrupt PST file in the tool and click on Scan
The scanning process will begin and it will show the errors in PST
Click on the button 'Repair' to fix PST errors
Now, the PST file will be repaired
If not then scan the PST file again and do it 2 or 3 times to get optimal results
