Anyone know of a good app for a voice dialer for your i phones. One that doesn't require you to be on your 4g and it just picks up your contacts you have stored and dials. I have the galaxy note edge.

Not sure what you mean by "One that doesn't require you to be on your 4g"
You have to have the phone in your hand and it's turned on....
Have you tried the built in voice dialing feature?
Try this:
- Enable Google Now:
On your Android phone, follow these steps to change your voice settings, like languages, the "Ok Google" hotword, and Audio History:
- Open the Google app http://dev.www.windrivers.forums.rel.../2015/02/1.png
- In the top left corner of the page, touch the Menu icon http://dev.www.windrivers.forums.rel.../2015/02/2.png > Settings > Voice.
- Now say "Ok Google" and you'll hear a sort of a 'dink' noise, then say something like "Call Lindsay Hampson" or "Call Mom", (i.e., anyone in your Contact list). If you have more than one number for that Contact, it'll ask you which one to call, (Mobile, Work, Home, etc.).

What I mean is that even if you are not on wifi and your data plan turned off it will still dial for you. The google app requires an internet connection.
Cant you use SIRI cause you did say Iphone didnt you?
Oops, yes, they did say "iPhone". :o See this Google page for instructions.
My bad mine is a samsung Galaxy note edge actually. Wife has an iphone 6plus looks like the software is the same. Thing is I want to be able to use it when I'm not connected to any wifi or data plan.
 Can't make/receive calls, send/receive text/email/anything else, without a connection to something.
As long as I'm connected to an AT&T cell tower with my Samsung Galaxy Note II or my wife's Moto X, (and WiFi disabled), I can do an "Ok Google" > "whatever I want it to do" 24/7/365 with nary a hitch.
Well you can text and call you just can't make a voice call without being connected with your data plan.
I can't see why voice dialed call has anything at all to do with whatever your connection is.
Now I can understand it wont google anything, or search anything but it doesnt need to if you
provide the number or the contact.
I havent found any info specifically saying no or yes.
OK, yes you can dial out a number but if you are not connected with your data plan, phone still can still make a call or text, you cannot say, call Joe Blow and the call go out. Call dialing.
I am definetly of the opinion that bringing up Siri or Cortana and asking it to dial a call works on
3g 4g or LTE. I have no experience with android.
I could be wrong though
I tried Siri and it didn't work offline so to speak. Lots of apps work if your connected to wifi or your data plan but so far none work if you are not connected to either.
